Chaters ("we", "us"; founder and CEO Minsu Park) operates the website chaters.org and the Android app DdokDdak (똑딱이) (together, the "Service"). This policy explains how we handle information.

1. Information we collect

We do not require accounts and do not directly collect names, contact details or other personal information from users. Our Google Play Data safety declaration states that no data is collected and no data is shared with third parties.

2. Email enquiries and job applications

If you email master@chaters.org or apply for a role, we use the email address and attachments you send only to respond and to review your application, and delete them once that purpose is fulfilled.

3. Information processed when you visit the website

The website is delivered through Cloudflare, which may process technical logs such as IP addresses for delivery and security. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies on the website.

4. Ads and in-app purchases in the app

The app contains ads. Advertising providers (for example Google) may process device information such as an advertising ID under their own policies. In-app purchases are processed by Google Play; we do not receive your payment details.

5. Game records and settings

Game records and study history you save in the app are stored on your device.

6. Children

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 14.

7. Your rights

You may contact master@chaters.org at any time to ask to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you.
