These terms govern your use of the website chaters.org and the Android app DdokDdak (똑딱이) provided by Chaters (the "Service").

1. The Service

The Service provides games and Go (Baduk) study and analysis tools. We may change or discontinue features to improve the Service.

2. Your responsibilities

You must comply with applicable law and these terms, and must not reverse engineer or misuse the Service.

3. AI analysis

AI analysis and suggested moves in the app are provided for reference only, without any warranty of accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose.

4. Ads and paid features

The Service may include ads and in-app purchases. Payments and refunds are governed by Google Play's terms and policies.

5. Intellectual property

Copyright and trademarks in the Service belong to Chaters or their respective owners. The app uses the open-source KataGo engine, which is subject to its own license.

6. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the Service.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes are subject to the courts of the Republic of Korea.
